Our Luxury Florida Villa

An exquisite executive home, Woodside Villa is a 5 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom, 3,100 sq ft vacation retreat. High ceilings and cool open space greet you upon entering this two storey home. You enter into the formal Lounge/Dining Area which leads into the large Family Lounge, (equipped with widescreen TV and DVD) and open Kitchen with Breakfast Bar and Nook, for a more informal dining experience. The Laundry and Pantry lead off from the Kitchen and onto the double garage. The ground floor also offers a Queen size bedroom with direct access out onto the Pool via the en-suite bathroom. There is also a separate cloakroom on the ground floor. Sliding patio doors open out onto the Pool Deck via the Nook.

The second floor offers a large Family Den, offering yet another large TV with PS2 and games; stereo; board games, etc…; 2 twin bedded rooms with walk in closets, sharing a family bathroom; a third bedroom with King-size bed, walk in closet and en-suite bathroom and the luxurious ‘Master Suite’ with King size bed and over-sized en-suite bathroom with separate shower and bath and large walk-in closet.

The Kitchen offers all the amenities for cooking and dining in, including over-sized fridge/freezer, ice-maker, microwave, coffee machine, juicer, electric oven and hob and dishwasher. The separate Laundry offers over-sized top loading washing machine and separate tumble dryer.

All en-suite rooms have an integrated TV/DVD. Widescreen TV and DVD to main lounge, additional TV, PS2 and Hi-Fi in Upstairs Den/3rd Lounge.

Located very close to Champions Gate, and many other top quality Golf courses….

We are located on the prestigious multi-million dollar Windwood Bay Development, Davenport. Just off Junction 58 of the I4, this is one junction from Disney!

The house was completed in August 2005, and is immaculate.
