PRICE & SECURITY DEPOSIT
Price is £675 per week, security deposit of £150 per week will be required, balance is due 60 days before travel.. This will be refunded within 28 days of your return, subject to confirmation from our management company that no loss or damage has occurred and the villa and its contents are in the same condition as on your arrival.The amount of the security deposit does not limit your liability and if you or any of your party causes damage/loss, which is greater than the amount of the security deposit held, you will be invoiced and held accountable for any bills to repair the said damage/loss.
